Do I need a credit card to start?

Accepted Answer

No. You get 30 days of full Pro with no credit card. Sign up with your email or Google account and you are in immediately. A card is only collected when you subscribe, and adding it during the trial does not cost you any free days. If you add your card in your last two days, your subscription starts right away instead.

Question 2

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then your account locks. Nothing is deleted: every job, client, invoice, and document stays where it is, you can export all of it to CSV, and clients can still pay invoices you already sent. Resubscribe whenever you want and pick up where you left off.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

It stays. When a trial or a subscription ends your account locks, but your data is kept and you can export all of it to CSV from the locked screen. If you delete your account on purpose, your data is deleted within 60 days (30 days active deletion, 30 days backup rolloff).

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

Accepted Answer

None. Pro is $29/mo flat or $288/year (17% off), and your first 30 days are free. Grain AI is included, not an add-on. 5 team members are included with no per-seat billing. There are no per-job charges, no per-invoice fees, no SMS surcharges, and no onboarding fees.

Question 5

Will the price go up after I sign up?

Accepted Answer

No. Your rate is locked at the price you sign up at. If we ever raise the Pro price for new subscribers, existing accounts stay grandfathered at their current rate. You will not get a surprise increase mid-year.
