Start with 30 days of full Pro, no credit card

Every new Bit & Grain account now opens with 30 days of full Pro, and no credit card is asked for.

For those 30 days you get the whole product: unlimited clients, jobs, and invoices, the client portal, scheduling, Grain AI with no daily query cap, 10 GB of storage, exports, your own website, and 5 team members included. Texting from your own number is the single piece that waits, because a dedicated number carries a real monthly cost we only take on once a card is on file. Nothing is charged while the trial runs, and adding your card early costs you nothing either: the card sets your first payment for the day the trial was already going to end, so putting it in on day 2 gives up no free days and turns texting on right away. From day 23 the app shows how many days are left, and three emails go out along the way, at 7 days left, at 1 day left, and on the day the trial ends. On day 30 the account locks instead of deleting. Everything you entered is still there, you can subscribe from the locked screen and land back exactly where you were, and you can download every record we hold for you as CSV files in one zip. Invoice and deposit payment links you already sent keep working through all of it, because money a customer already owes you should never be held hostage by a plan. Accounts already on the old free plan keep working exactly as they did, same caps, same features, nothing to do and nothing to sign. Before this, a new account landed on a permanently free plan capped at 10 clients, 3 active jobs, 5 invoices a month, one user, and 10 AI questions a day, which meant most people were judging Bit & Grain on the smallest version of it.

Say you sign up on August 3. You bring your last two years in from your old app, add your crew of five, quote and invoice as usual, and run the business through September 2 without paying anything. Somewhere in there you decide to keep it, so you add your card and texting from your own number turns on that afternoon. The first $29 comes out on September 2, not before. If you would rather pay by the year it is $288, which works out to $24 a month, 17% off. 5 team members are included either way, with no per-seat billing.

New accounts get this automatically at bitandgrain.app/signup: enter your email or use your Google account and you are in, no card and no sales call. Your remaining days, the plan prices, and the Add your card button all sit under Settings, then Billing, from your first day. This is the only plan Bit & Grain sells now, so it is what every new account starts on, and the accounts already on the free plan keep the plan they have.
